DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY
Because your purchased product is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. For this reason, all purchases of our digital products are non-refundable or exchangeable. In other words, since the digital products made available here are intangible, we are not able to offer refunds on these products.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. Therefore, we WILL honor requests for refunds in the following circumstances:
Clear evidence of the circumstances justifying a refund must be provided by the purchaser. Complaints that are based merely on the purchaser’s subjective expectations or wishes will not be refunded.
We do not bear responsibility—and therefore, we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests—based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software other than those which are specified as compatible in the product description.
